- If you meet the conditions, you can make an appointment with our best general practitioner. You and your Allied Health Referral worker will make a personalised GPMP and TCA. This thorough procedure includes a review of your health, including your blood pressure and weight, and ensuring that all of your other doctors know what's happening. This customised method takes about 30 minutes on average, resulting in a referral to the right Allied Health worker.
- What else is better? Patients with a valid Medicare card can rest easy knowing that their meetings with our GPs for GPMP and TCA formulation are fully bulk-billed. Our caring nursing staff may contact you regularly to review your GPMP and TCA and see how things are going. A new plan offers five Allied Health appointments (up to five per year) at a lower price once every 12 months.
- A systematic strategy to detect health problems that can be avoided or treated with treatments that increase health and quality of life is provided by this examination, making it useful for long-term residents of an assisted living or nursing home. The resident's pain management, foot care, skin integrity, continence, hearing, vision, and oral health, as well as their capacity to do ADLs and avoid falls, are all assessed as part of this evaluation.
